Overseas delivery varies depending on the country of residence. In the case of overseas orders, the buyer must pay for the return and arrive at us within 15 days. Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

Return Policy
We provide 7 days return window if you change your mind about your purchase for any reason. Please submit a request to return through your account page, then your request will be accepted by our shop manager within 2 days. We want you to love your purchase! If you don't, simply submit a request to return it within 7 days in the same condition that you receive it.
All returns must be in the original unworn condition with all tags attached, no odors or signs of wear, with original documentation included and designer packaging in the exact condition it was received.
All items are recorded prior to and when packed!
IF THIS ITEM IS RETURNED WITHOUT THE DOBELLO STORE TAG, we consider you to have used it, so we will charge 20% of the original price you paid. It is for a restocking fee in the our policy, so you will receive a refund of 80%. For insurance purposes and to avoid scammers, we take a VIDEO RECORDING before packing and shipping the package out at the post office.
In the case of an international buyer's return, the buyer must pay for the return and arrive at us within 15 days.
